H CONSTRUCTION, LLC was founded by Manuel in January 2015, but he has strongly been in the construction business since 1997. Throughout our many years of operation, we have provided the highest quality construction services in residential, commercial, and industrial areas in Oregon and Washington. Our projects range from work with homeowners to government projects and private contractors. Our team has over twenty years of experience. We have provided services to well-known sectors and companies, such as: Russell Construction, Inc.; Columbia Pacific Construction, Inc.; Pennon Construction; Hinton Development; ESI; and JHC.
